How long do the juices stay fresh?

Since our juices are raw and cold-pressed without added preservatives, they typically have a refrigerated shelf life of 3 to 5 days. Please check the 'Enjoy By' date on each bottle.

How is my order shipped to ensure freshness?

All orders are shipped in insulated thermal liners with non-toxic gel ice packs. We use expedited shipping to ensure your juice arrives cold and ready to drink.

Are your juices organic?

Yes, we prioritize sourcing 100% organic produce from local farms whenever possible to ensure the highest nutrient density and minimal pesticide exposure.

Can I cancel or modify my subscription?

Absolutely. You can skip a delivery, swap flavors, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made 48 hours before your next scheduled ship date.

What is the difference between cold-pressed and centrifugal juicing?

Cold-pressing uses a hydraulic press to extract juice without generating heat. This process preserves the delicate enzymes and vitamins that are often destroyed by the high-speed blades of centrifugal juicers.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your bottles are leaking or the package arrives warm, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
